2. Licensing & Compliance

All wholesale customers must:

• Provide valid and current state-issued cannabis business licenses

• Operate in full compliance with Colorado’s Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations

• Agree to verification of all licenses and credentials prior to order fulfillment

• CG Labs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet regulatory requirements.

 

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices listed are in USD and are subject to change without notice

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation

• Minimum order quantities may apply

• Taxes and applicable state-mandated fees will be added where required

 

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are net upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Late payments may incur a service charge or suspension of account access

 

5. Delivery & Transfer

• Deliveries are conducted in accordance with Colorado cannabis transport regulations

• A valid manifest and licensed transporter are required for all transfers

• Delivery windows will be scheduled in advance; delays due to weather, compliance checks, or other unforeseen issues may occur

 

6. Product Quality & Returns

• All products are tested and compliant with Colorado’s state cannabis testing requirements

• Any issues with product quality must be reported within 8 hours of delivery

• Due to regulatory restrictions, returns may not be accepted unless the product is defective or mislabeled

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including logos, text, product names, and images, is the property of CG Labs and may not be used without express written permission.
